CLASSES

Baby Aliens - 18 mo.-2 yr. This class is assisted by a parent and works on gym-magination! Gym-magination is letting out our energy through gymnastics apparatus, music, and story.

Little Aliens - Our 3yr old -Kindergarten class is our first go at independent learning. Here we get out our energy while also learning to listen, the basics of a structured class, swinging, jumping, and monkeying around! Level 1 is age 3-4 Level 2 is age 5-6.

Rockets - In our Rockets classes we begin the ground work for successful gymnastics. We work on strength, flexibility, and listening supplemented with skill teaching and challenges to keep them growing and interested. Your child will practice jumping, rolling, and going upside down while discovering a love for gymnastics and exercise. Rockets are ages 1st-3rd grade and offer levels 1-3.

Galaxy Stars - Our galaxy stars are ready to listen! These students move quickly through skills tackling all gymnastics apparatus and even incorporating some aerial silks into their class! 4th-6th grade. Galaxy Stars offer levels 1-3 .

Zero gravity - These students focus on tricks tricks tricks! Always wanted that walkover? backhandspring? aerial?, we know you can do it and we can teach you how! Ages 7th-12th. Offers levels 1-3
